Solid Carbide Saw Blade Sharpening

Solid Carbide blades are small, thin, and easily breakable. Therefore, you should only trust them with trained sawing professionals like Pat Mooney Saws.

Our mail-in saw blade sharpening process includes:

  1. Each solid carbide blade is carefully handled, inspected, and logged into our system
  2. Broken blades are removed to prevent unnecessary billing
  3. The blade is cleaned and placed on one of our two Nishijimax TNC-450F Grinders
  4. The blade is removed, cleaned, carefully inspected, packaged, and returned to you
